Cancellation and Reschedule policy

Cancellation Policy:
1. Refunds for Self Check out Bookings:
  • Within 24 hours of the experience start time: No refund.
  • Within 48 hours of the experience start time: 70% refund.
  • More than 48 hours before the experience start time: Full refund.
    • 2. Refunds for Manual Bookings / Placed via Design Expert Assistance:
  • Flat 10% cancellation charge on the total order value if cancelled, any time.
  • No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the experience start time.
  • More than 48 hours before the experience start time: Full refund.
    • Printable bookings: Standard & Custom bookings
    Bookings involving custom-printed or specially designed materials are non-refundable after a stipulated time, depending on the progress of the work.
    No Refund After Attempt:
    Once an attempt has been made to deliver the decoration, no refund will be processed.
    No Refund once requested for Rescheduling or Cancellation
    No cancellations or refunds for bookings scheduled for : Special days & Peak season
  • Valentine's Week 7th February to 14th February.
  • 25th December, 31st December, 1st January.
  • Major Public Holidays
    • Weather and Force Majeure Events:
    In the event of rain, hailstorms, or other acts of God, only rescheduling will be allowed, subject to availability.
    Timing Calculation:
    Cancellations are calculated based on the start time of the booked slot.
    Refund & Deduction Amount:
    Refund & Deduction Amount is calculated based on the total order value.
    Reschedule Policy:
  • Within 16 hrs from the experience: No Rescheduling.
  • Before 16 hours days from an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee
  • No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December.
  • Any other special days & Special packages or dates as defined by the company.
    • To process any reschedule Requests, customers are requested to complete the payment for their booking.
    A maximum of 2 Rescheduling requests can be made.
    Designs cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
